ADRIANA
I’m a degree-qualified Kinesiologist, certified Level 3 Personal Trainer, and Founder of T2f.London.
Growing up as a professional athlete with a lifelong passion for movement, I keep helping people thrive in their bodies for the past 15 years.
With a background in Psychology and a degree in Sport Science, my approach goes beyond just repetitions and sets. I believe real progress happens when we train the body and support the mind — whether that means building strength, improve endurance and focus, recovering from setbacks or simply creating a healthy and sustainable routine to move and live better.
My approach is deeply personal and my goal is to meet you where you are and help you, through consistency, passion and support, building a strong and sustainable path forward together — on your terms!
MICHAEL
Founder of T2f.London and a fully certified personal trainer with over 16 years of experience in the fitness industry. My journey into fitness started during my time in the army, where I learned the importance of discipline, resilience, and pushing limits. These values have stayed with me and shaped how I coach today.
I specialize in strength and conditioning, functional training, post-injury rehabilitation, and total-body transformation. My Finnish-Ghanaian roots give me a unique perspective and a strong drive to connect with clients on a personal level. For me, it’s all about helping people build strength—not just physically, but in every aspect of their lives!
STEVEN
I bring over 5 years of coaching experience as a Certified Level 3 Personal trainer and a background in sports.
Originally working in athletic development, I now support a wide range of clients —from busy professionals to older adults— who wants to move better, feel stronger and train smarter for the long term.
I’m known for my practical coaching style and my ability to turn even the most hesitant beginner into a confident fitness amateur!
